The villa consists of 2 structures. The main building has 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a big covered patio for meals al fresco. A master-bedroom has a separate entrance. The annex has 2 single beds with a bathroom. The garden is lush and has preserved wild Mediterranean plants. Comfortable sunbeds and a waterfront oriental style gazebo are positioned in the shade right on the sand.

No air-conditioners in the villa which has never been considered a necesity due to naturally comfortable tempreture and humidity level.
